1. Services
1.1 Debs Events provides venue decoration services for various events including weddings, corporate events, and private parties. 1.2 Our services are detailed on our website and specific details will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required. 2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the event date. 2.3 We accept payments via card and bank transfer. 2.4 If the balance is not received by the due date, Debs Events reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 3.2 Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only. 3.3 Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in the loss of the full payment.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1 Any changes to bookings must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible. 4.2 We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Event Date Changes
5.1 Requests to change the event date will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking. 5.2 The original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for the new date.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding event details and requirements. 6.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible and ready for decoration at the agreed time. 6.3 Any delays caused by the customer or venue may result in additional charges.
7. Liability
7.1 Debs Events will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services. 7.2 Our liability to you for any direct loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Debs Events will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or industrial disputes.
9. Governing Law
